Atrist Jeanie Beline of Wildlife From Scratch Studios, recently introduced a new line of one of a kind wood burning works of art.
She hand makes wooden boxes and burns the image into the wood. The picture is finished in acrylic/metallic paints which adds
to the realisim. Each collector box is one of a kind with differnet types of woods. Some of the wood is up to 500 years old and has been submerged in the St. Johns River for over 100 years. In addition the artist then uses a unique technique to transfer the images onto tile and inlays them into the box cover which will be awarded to our winning contestants.
We are sure our contestants will enjoy these one of a kind collector boxes and put them to good use. You will see below that the works of art are very unique and useful. Jeanie will also will make a custom work of art for you from your biggest fish to your favorite pet. Visit the Florida artist to view all of her art forms at Wildlife From Scratch
Below are some of the Redfish art boxes to be awarded at our events. They are handmade form spaulted maple wood. The redfish are reproductions on ceramic tiles of the artists original artwork of the redfish and are then inlaid into the box lid.
